School survey/ Encuesta escolar

Parents we need your help. Your input about our school will help us make Independence a better school not only for our students, but for parents and community members as well.
Your child was given a survey today. Please, complete the survey. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Once you complete the survey, have your child return it to the parent center to receive a special treat. If you have multiple children at the school, you will only need to complete one survey, however each of your children will receive the special treat.
Your responses to the school survey, as well as other factors will be used to provide Independence with an overall grade.

Padres necesitamos su apoyo. Su opinión acerca de nuestra escuela nos ayudará a que Independence mejora como una escuela, no sólo para nuestros estudiantes, pero para los padres y miembros de la comunidad también.
Hoy se le dio una encuesta a su hijo/a. Por favor, complete la encuesta. La encuesta tomará aproximadamente 10-15 minutos para completar. A completar la encuesta, haga que su hijo/a devuelva la encuesta al centro de padres, salón 36, para recibir un regalo especial. Si tiene varios hijos/as en la escuela, sólo se necesita completar un solo encuesta, sin embargo cada uno de sus hijos/as recibirán el regalo especial.
Sus respuestas en la encuesta escolar, asà como otros factores se utilizarán para proporcionar a Independence con una calificación general.
